Rebecca Gassler is Executive Director of the National Security Prototype to Production Consortium (NSPPC) at the Creative Defense Foundation. In this capacity she leads the consortium’s operations, membership growth and industry engagement. She has spent more than 25 years building and fielding complex capabilities for the Navy and the Department of Defense. Most recently she was the Department of the Navy’s first Portfolio Acquisition Executive for Robotic and Autonomous Systems, and before that she was Deputy Director of Project Overmatch, the Navy’s contribution to Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2).
