Emily Waddington is an Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant with more than 30 years of experience supporting senior leaders across the Department of the Navy and the defense industry. She is known for keeping complex front offices organized, secure and focused on the mission. From 2021-2026, Emily supported NAVWAR’s Project Overmatch, most recently as Executive Assistant to the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (SES) of PAE RAS, while leading the front office for the PAE’s leadership team. Earlier in her career she supported SES and Major Program Manager leadership at NAVSEA, PEO Integrated Warfare Systems and the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense program. She began her career in federal service with the U.S. Department of Commerce and Marine Corps Systems Command. She holds an active SECRET clearance.
