As former Chief Technology Officer for Industrial Base Policy and Senior Technology Advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment, she brings deep expertise in defense industrial base resilience, critical supply chains, and munitions production, advancing CDF’s mission to move innovation from prototype to production at speed.
