Doug Beck serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Creative Defense Foundation. He is the former Director of the Defense Innovation Unit and a longtime Apple executive who led the company’s businesses across the Americas and Northeast Asia. A Navy Reserve officer with nearly 30 years of service, he is a combat veteran of Afghanistan and Iraq. He brings deep expertise in commercial technology adoption and scaling, strategy, and public-private collaboration in the U.S. and globally, advancing CDF’s mission to accelerate innovation and open the defense market to new entrants.
